March 2015: Top Regional Producer – Investment Real Estate
Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors
A committee appointed by the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association Of Realtors reviewed commercial real estate deals done by its members. In March 2015. Steven Silverman received the award for Top Regional Producer in Investment Real Estate. Steven enjoyed helping his clients acquire investment properties such as medical complexes, retail centers, apartments and other income-producing commercial properties over this time period.

March 2015: Retail Deal Of The Year
 A committee appointed by the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association Of Realtors reviewed retail deals done in 2014. Steven Silverman received the #1 award for a Retail deal. The award is presented not for the largest deal, but rather for a deal where the committee believed that the Realtor added the most value for his client. In this deal that the award was given for the process in which Steven helped a client purchase a Retail strip center and then re-positioned the center for lease-up. He overcame significant challenges and bring in top quality tenants including AT&T, Jimmy Johns and Allstate.

March 2013: Award: Deal Of The Year – Member-To Member

This Award shared with Pat Marzulli CCIM, SIOR – Colliers International, who was the Listing broker.  Steven Silverman brought a company from Denmark to Tampa Bay and helped them find and acquire a large industrial building in Pinellas County that met their requirements. The client was far away but they trusted him to look after them and he did just that. Steven handled all the due diligence (building inspection, A/C, Roof, Environmental, Sprinkler etc).
