February 2015 – Retail Building
I was referred to Steven Silverman by the President of a leading brokerage firm .  Steven helped me to lease a retail building in Brandon. It was a old concrete building that we had to redo while we were looking for a tenant. Stevens job performance was fantastic—he had to deal with me as well as several prospective customers until he found the right tenant.
