Landlords responded to the recent recession by reducing office selling prices and office lease rates in the Tampa Area

 

Note: Sale prices include both Occupied Office properties being marketed to investors on the basis of the Cap Rate and also vacant Office properties being marketed to users. Occupied properties that have strong tenants will typically have higher price points than vacant properties
